Contract: Bank / Zero Hours (temporary assignments)

About the Role
As a Bank Care Worker with Adnah Healthcare, you will work with our partner services to help people live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. You'll deliver person-centred care that protects dignity and wellbeing, support people with everyday living, and help every individual feel respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
- Encourage independence, choice and confidence
- Help with meal preparation, household tasks and medication (where trained)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support people to take part in social and community activities
- Follow care plans and keep clear, accurate records
- Report any concerns in line with safeguarding procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months care experience (UK experience preferred)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
- Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not essential)
